Therapy Services
I work with adults (or teens 13+) located in California. I offer phone and virtual counseling sessions to meet your location and scheduling needs.
I do not accept insurance and am a private pay only provider. However, some of my clients receive up to 60-70% reimbursement from their insurance. I can provide you with a “superbill” if you’d like to receive reimbursement from your insurance.
Rate Starting January 1, 2026:
$200/50 minute session

IFS Consultation
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a model developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz and practiced world-wide. This model is transformative and radical in its approach of “loving what’s in the way.” It’s founded in the belief that we have a higher Self (core self, true Self) that cannot be damaged or destroyed. Through exploration of getting to know the different “parts” of ourselves, we can ultimately cultivate compassion and honor the protective strategies we needed to keep ourselves safe at (and after) the times we experienced pain. Then we work to re-establish rapport and trust in our higher Self; re-harmonizing and bringing balance back to our internal systems.
The sessions are available to anyone in the US or internationally.
